  • Return requests must be made within 7 to 10 of receiving the order.
  • Personalized or custom-made gifts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll provide return shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back within 4 to 5 days of return approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 4 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: Issued for eligible returns in original condition.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply for items that show signs of use or missing packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
